DAY 1: KUALA LUMPUR - URUMQI

Meet and check-in at the airport. Upon arrival in Urumqi, check into the hotel and rest. 

DAY 2: URUMQI - TURPAN

※ Passing by Asia’s largest wind power station: Appreciate China’s leading wind power technology and spectacular wind turbines.

※ Karez: Visit one of the three major engineering projects in ancient China and learn how this underground water conservancy system maintains agricultural production in an arid environment.

DAY 3: TURPAN

Jiaohe Ancient City (including: shuttle bus): Explore the ancient Gaochang ruins and appreciate the majesty and vicissitudes of this ancient earthen city with a history of more than 2,000 years.

Flaming Mountain: Famous Flaming Mountain in "Journey to the West" and feel its blazing heat and magnificence under the scorching sun.

Uyghur home visit: Experience Uyghur traditional culture, special food and warm hospitality first-hand.

Tuyugou Uyghur Ancient Village: Visit the well-preserved ancient village and appreciate the rich Uyghur customs. 

DAY 4: TURPAN - LIUYUAN - DUNHUANG

※ Camel riding in Mingsha Mountain (includes: shoe covers + battery car): Ride a camel in the desert of Mingsha Mountain and feel the majesty and vastness of the desert.

※ Crescent Moon Spring: Appreciate the wonders in the desert - a clear spring that looks like the reflection of the bright moon, so quiet and moving. 

DAY 5: DUNHUANG

※ Mogao Grottoes (including: digital viewing + shuttle bus): View the murals and sculptures of Dunhuang Grottoes and learn about the glory of Buddhist art.

※ Dunhuang Museum: Learn more about Dunhuang history and Silk Road culture.

※ Shazhou Night Market: Taste local food, buy specialty handicrafts, and experience the lively night market culture. 

DAY 6: DUNHUANG - JIAYUGUAN

※ Son of the Earth: When you set foot on this vast land in the northwest, that majestic and majestic feeling will hit you. The spectacular sight of the son of the earth sleeping in the desert makes people marvel at the wisdom of mankind.

※ Jiayuguan Gate Tower (including: battery car): Visit the western end of the Great Wall in the Ming Dynasty and experience the ancient border style. 

DAY 7: JIAYUGUAN - ZHANGYE

※ Danxia Geopark: Appreciate the colorful Danxia landform, which is a visual feast.

※ Grand Buddha Temple: Visit the historic Grand Buddha Temple and appreciate the ancient sculpture art. 

DAY 8: ZHANGYE - WUWEI

※ Tiantishan Grottoes: One of the earliest Buddhist grottoes in China, it was built in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. It is famous for its exquisite sculptures and murals and is known as the "Originator of Chinese Grottoes". The grottoes are built against the mountains and show the unique style of early Buddhist art.

※ Leitai Han Tomb: An ancient tomb from the Eastern Han Dynasty, famous for the unearthed national treasure "Bronze Galloping Horse". A large number of cultural relics from the Han Dynasty were discovered in the tomb, demonstrating the exquisite casting craftsmanship and cultural characteristics of ancient times.

※ South City Gate Square: Wuwei’s historical and cultural landmark. The surrounding antique buildings highlight the strong local cultural atmo- sphere and is an excellent place to take photos and check in.

※ Ming and Qing Street Night Market: This night market is full of history and modernity. It is a good place to taste local snacks, buy special handicrafts and experience night market life. The night market is very lively, showing the daily life and food culture of Wuwei people. 

DAY 9: WUWEI - LANZHOU

※ Yellow River Iron Bridge: Lanzhou's landmark building, known as the "First Bridge on the Yellow River", has a long history and has witnessed the development and changes of Lanzhou.

※ Yellow River Mother Statue: A symbol of Yellow River culture, the statue shows the warm image of mother and child, implying that the Yellow River nurtures the Chinese nation.

※ Waterwheel Park: Displays the principles and applications of the ancient Yellow River irrigation tool waterwheel, integrating history and natural landscape.

※ Zhengning Road Night Market: The most famous night market in Lanzhou, offering a variety of authentic delicacies, such as Lanzhou noodles, hand-caught mutton, etc.

※ Lanzhou Night View: Appreciate the bright lights along the Yellow River and feel the prosperity and vitality of modern Lanzhou. 

DAY 10: LANZHOU - URUMQI

※ Sweat Blood Horse Ecological Park: China's largest Sweat BMW base, Jurassic silicified wood forest, meteorite group, ancient Populus euphratica forest, and Yema Art Museum are all on display here.

※ Red Mountain Park: It is composed of red sandstone. This purple-red sandstone was formed by the gradual deposition of the natural environ- ment of the continent about 250 million years ago, so this place is called "Red Mountain". 

DAY 11: URUMQI - KUALA LUMPUR

※ Tianshan Tianchi + shuttle bus (including: cruise): An alpine lake located at the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains, known as the "Pearl of the Tianshan Mountains". The lake is clear and blue, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and forests. You can enjoy the magnificent scenery up close and feel the nature by boat. The tranquility and majesty.

※ Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar: Famous for its rich culture and diverse merchandise, it is an important place integrating business, culture and tourism. 

DAY 12: ARRIVAL IN KUALA LUMPUR

Terms & Conditions
  • Flights, transportation, hotels, meals and itinerary stated in the brochure are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes after booking shall be advised accordingly. The sequence of itinerary, meals and hotel arrangements are subject to the final confirmation.
  • The Hotel / Resorts ratings shown on the itinerary are the general recognition of the current travel market and hotel booking website, and they are given an objective comprehensive rating after referring to information on several reservation sites. Evaluation standards and angles are different, and it is difficult to use the information on one single web page as the final evaluation and may vary from the local government Hotel rating evaluation.
  • Tour buses are arranged based on group size. Every passenger is entitled to one seat each. Should there be extra seats remaining, it shall be reserved for bags storage. Tour is conducted in English, unless otherwise stated.
  • Expenses of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, any insurance etc are on own expenses.
  • Purchase of travel insurance is highly advisable. The Company/our Agents shall not be liable for any losses or personal expenses incurred by the tour members during the tour. Please refer to the insurance policy for the terms of coverage.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions and/or natural disasters which may lead to traffic delays, extended stays in hotel, cancellation/rescheduling of flights, and/or any other losses, the onus is on the tour members to bear the expenses.
  • Due to adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, and other unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to rearrange, change or abandon the tour itinerary without prior notice and there shall not be any reimbursement.
  • No refund shall be entertained for any unutilized portion of the tour.
  • Notwithstanding the place or country in which a course of action arises, it is expressly agreed hereto that all causes of actions shall at all times be commence within the jurisdiction and territory of China.
  • In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government & Hotel taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly without any notice.


Payment

  1. A non-refundable minimum deposit of RM 3000 per person must be paid as booking fee. The balance of the tour fare must be made at least 60 days before the date of departure. Failure to comply with this requirement shall resulting the cancellation of the seat. Any booking within 60 Days from the date of departure require full payment.
  2. In the cancellation of the seat(s) reserved and forfeiture of deposit. Full payment required for booking less than 60 days before departure.
  3. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing. If the company received notice to cancel 60 working days or less before the date of departure, a 100% cancellation of tour fare will be charged.
