DAY 1: KUALA LUMPUR - URUMQI

Assemble at Kuala Lumpur International Airport to board a flight to Urumqi, Xinjiang.

DAY 2: URUMQI - KORLA

Red Mountain Park is a stunning natural landmark, renowned for its striking purple-red sandstone, which was formed over 250 million years ago through the gradual deposition of the continent’s natural environment. DAY 3: KORLA - KUQA (4Hrs)

Explore the Tian Shan Mysterious Grand Canyon, located in Kucha County, a 4A-level national scenic area renowned for its stunning red sandstone canyon. The canyon’s winding curves and unique landscapes make it a perfect destination for hiking and photography, offering breathtaking views at every turn. In the heart of the old town of Kucha, Qiuzi Alley stands as a living testament to the rich cultural heritage of ancient Qiuci (Kucha). DAY 4: KUQA - AKSU

The Wensu Grand Canyon is hailed as "China's most beautiful Danxia landform," offering a stunning display of uniquely shaped rock formations and clearly visible geological strata. The canyon is home to a diverse array of caves and dramatic landscapes, making it a captivating destination for nature lovers and geologists alike. Its vibrant, colorful terrain and awe-inspiring geological features create a truly unforgettable experience for visitors.

DAY 5: AKSU - KASHGAR (6.5 Hrs)

The Bachu Red Sea Poplar Forest is a natural wonder, renowned for its breathtaking poplar tree landscape. Particularly striking during the golden autumn season, the vibrant golden leaves of the poplars create a stunning contrast against the deep red waters of the lake. This picturesque setting draws visitors seeking the perfect harmony of nature's colors, offering a serene and visually striking escape.

DAY 6: KASHGAR

Xiāng Fēi Garden is a beautiful tribute to the beloved Xiang Fei, or Fragrant Concubine, of Emperor Qianlong from the Qing Dynasty. This serene garden is adorned with exquisite ancient tomb architecture and elements of Hui culture, offering a peaceful escape steeped in historical significance. Nearby, Craftsmen Street in Kashgar is a bustling hub of traditional artistry, where skilled artisans create and display a range of handcrafted ethnic instruments, copperware, pottery, and other unique crafts. At the heart of Kashgar, the Aitigar Mosque stands as one of China’s largest mosques, with a rich history spanning over 600 years. DAY 7: KASHGAR/TA COUNTY (5 Hrs)

The Gaizi Hongshan Pass Checkpoint serves as a vital gateway to the Pamir Plateau and holds significant geographical importance in Taxkorgan County. This strategic location is an essential point for travelers venturing into the plateau's rugged terrain. For stunning views, the Distant View of Gongger Jiu Bie Peak offers a glimpse of one of the most renowned mountains of the Pamir Plateau, towering at 7,719 meters. Known as the "Father of Icebergs," the peak is an awe-inspiring sight. Baisha Lake, with its mirror-like surface, is framed by white sand dunes that resemble natural art, perfectly complementing the turquoise waters of the lake and making it one of Taxkorgan’s most dreamy natural attractions. DAY 8: TA COUNTY (4 Hrs)

From above, the view is truly breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of this historic route. Next, discover the beauty of Bandier Blue Lake, a crystal-clear alpine gem surrounded by towering mountains, with water so pure it sparkles like a gemstone. Along the ancient Silk Road lies Stone City, a significant historical site that dates back to the Han Dynasty, once serving as a military stronghold of the Qiuci Kingdom. Finally, explore the lush Golden Grassland Wetland, often referred to as the "Emerald of the Plateau." DAY 9: TA COUNTY - KASHGAR (5 Hrs)

Step into the heart of history with a visit to Kashgar Old City, a vibrant and ancient city that has been home to over 2,000 years of rich culture. The winding streets and alleys of the old city are filled with traditional Uyghur residences, exuding exotic charm and offering glimpses into a way of life preserved through generations. As you wander, you'll encounter numerous handicraft workshops and local food stalls, each adding to the area's unique atmosphere. A short distance away, Hamba Bazaar stands as the largest traditional market in the Kashgar region. On market days, the bustling marketplace comes alive with a variety of livestock trades, handicrafts, and agricultural products, offering a true taste of Uyghur culture. It’s the perfect place to immerse yourself in the vibrant local folk traditions and find authentic souvenirs.

DAY 10: KASHGAR - URUMQ

Each morning, Kashgar Old City hosts a traditional Opening Ceremony, where the air is filled with the sounds of ethnic music and lively dance performances, setting the stage for a celebration of Uyghur culture and the region's warm hospitality. The ceremony is a vibrant and engaging experience, but be prepared for larger crowds on these days. The actual performance schedule may vary, so be sure to check announcements from local authorities. Keep in mind, the ceremony is closed every Monday. Not far from the old city, the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar offers a unique cultural and shopping experience, blending commerce, culture, and tourism. This bustling market is renowned for its diverse array of products, making it an essential destination for visitors seeking to explore the region’s rich heritage.

DAY 11: URUMQI - KUALA LUMPUR

The Urumqi Museum is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in the history, culture, and natural heritage of Xinjiang. With a vast collection of artifacts, artworks, and relics from the ancient Silk Road, it offers visitors a fascinating insight into the region's rich past. The museum also features exhibits showcasing the diverse ethnic cultures of Xinjiang, as well as specimens of local plants and animals, providing a well-rounded exploration of the area’s heritage.

For a unique blend of natural wonders and cultural experiences, Yema Ancient Ecological Park offers an extraordinary display of China’s largest sweat-blooded horse base, a Jurassic silicified wood forest, a meteorite group, and an ancient Populus euphratica forest. The park also houses the Yema Art Museum, creating a fascinating mix of nature, history, and art for visitors to explore.

DAY 12: ARRIVAL IN KUALA LUMPUR

Terms & Conditions
  • Flights, transportation, hotels, meals and itinerary stated in the brochure are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes after booking shall be advised accordingly. The sequence of itinerary, meals and hotel arrangements are subject to the final confirmation.
  • The Hotel / Resorts ratings shown on the itinerary are the general recognition of the current travel market and hotel booking website, and they are given an objective comprehensive rating after referring to information on several reservation sites. Evaluation standards and angles are different, and it is difficult to use the information on one single web page as the final evaluation and may vary from the local government Hotel rating evaluation.
  • Tour buses are arranged based on group size. Every passenger is entitled to one seat each. Should there be extra seats remaining, it shall be reserved for bags storage. Tour is conducted in English, unless otherwise stated.
  • Expenses of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, any insurance etc are on own expenses.
  • Purchase of travel insurance is highly advisable. The Company/our Agents shall not be liable for any losses or personal expenses incurred by the tour members during the tour. Please refer to the insurance policy for the terms of coverage.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions and/or natural disasters which may lead to traffic delays, extended stays in hotel, cancellation/rescheduling of flights, and/or any other losses, the onus is on the tour members to bear the expenses.
  • Due to adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, and other unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to rearrange, change or abandon the tour itinerary without prior notice and there shall not be any reimbursement.
  • No refund shall be entertained for any unutilized portion of the tour.
  • Notwithstanding the place or country in which a course of action arises, it is expressly agreed hereto that all causes of actions shall at all times be commence within the jurisdiction and territory of Southern Xinjiang.
  • In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government & Hotel taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly without any notice.


Payment

  1. A non-refundable minimum deposit of RM 3000 per person must be paid as booking fee. The balance of the tour fare must be made at least 60 days before the date of departure. Failure to comply with this requirement shall resulting the cancellation of the seat. Any booking within 60 Days from the date of departure require full payment.
  2. In the cancellation of the seat(s) reserved and forfeiture of deposit. Full payment required for booking less than 60 days before departure.
  3. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing. If the company received notice to cancel 60 working days or less before the date of departure, a 100% cancellation of tour fare will be charged.
